Last weekend we took a trip out to the National Zoo in DC. We live really close to the city and since Madeline is really into barn animals and wild animals right now we thought this would be a perfect outing for her. She constantly names all her animal figurines and says each sound that the animal makes. She is was so intrigued by all the animals at the zoo and wanted to point and name each. Now every day she asks me....."Go a zoo?"
